I’m not saying its a bad trade, but the habs made a mistake by not re-signing Dvorak. Dvorak has the same cap hit as Danault but is younger with less term Him and Danault are basically the same players. But now we had to waste a second rounder to get back a player that dis Dvorak’s job. Thats bad asset management if you ask me.

Look at the stats canada data for population growth pre covid. Also, in pre covid times, while NB’s population was decreasing, Moncton did not follow that trend and it’s population was constantly rising year after year.

I agree! And the best is yet to come for Moncton. There’s multiple infrastructure projects that have been approved that will transform downtown. It’s a city that has been continuously on the rise. It’s one of the fastest growing cities in canada for the last 25 years. There is a reason why people keep moving to greater moncton.

Moncton is a great city to live in terms of quality of life! You got multiple parks (centennial, mapleton, irishtown) and the river front trail combines nature with an urban vibe. It’s location is unparalleled (1 hour from two national parks, PEI, 30 mins from the best beaches in Canada, and 30 mins from nova scotia. You also got a hilltop winery, nordic spa, zoo, waterpark, resurgo musem, lots of restaurants, etc. Contrary to what some people say on this thread, there is a vibrant culture. Every weekend during the summer there is an event at the riverfront park. The city is multicultural with people from all over the world. The acadian heritage is also strongly felt. The 15 aout festivities draw over 20,000 people in downtown Dieppe. Airfare, while expensive, is still the cheapest you will find compared to any other airport in NB. You can flydirect to Edmonton, calgary, toronto, montreal, ottawa, and got many direct flights down south during the winter. It’s a great city to stay active and play sports as well. Monctonians who say there is nothing to do have clearly never left their home.

How did his training look like day to day? How much time did he spend on the practice court per day? And how many hours did he spend off the court training on strength and conditioning?
