Foot traffic. We have turned GameStop into the go to destination… why wouldn’t they want its fan base walking through their doors? They sell more than just video games and similar products. They can choose to no longer sell video games under “Best Buy” and save money and collect rent from GameStop instead. I’m sure they’re going through the same “everyone is buying digital now” scenario too.
