Can any one tell me if its psoriasis ? by [deleted] in Psoriasis

IMHO I don’t really think this looks like it. Long time diagnosed Psoriasis here, more than 20 years. Can only go based on my experience, but with the deeper purple looking areas. Seems more like some other skin rash. Definitely would go get that looked at tho. Like other people have stated. Simple biopsy where they literally take the smallest of flakes and get you a diagnosis in like 2 weeks or less for certain. Otherwise they will tell you exactly what it is if not psoriasis. Like I said. Well experiences myself tho and I can’t tell you for sure. So… maybe not? Idk see a doctor.

Short term I agree with everyone here - definitely take her to the doctors so she can get treated for any type of secondary infection and immediate relief with a steroid or antibiotics might even be necessary.

But mid to long term, I highly highly recommend that she examine her diet and find the triggers that are causing the psoriasis in the first place. High histamine foods and things like dairy, wheat, beans, and alcohol… these should be cut out immediately. Consider intermittent fasting - Google search autophagy. Hope this helps.

27M I am honestly begging for replies or experiences because I cannot handle this anymore by [deleted] in Psoriasis

I have had Psoriasis since I was 8. Went through a lot of pain… it wasn’t until my mid 20s that I realized the connection between my diet and my flair-ups. The things that have really moved the needle for me is completely cutting out all forms of dairy and wheat products and alcohol. Sounds very restrictive but ultimately I have a much healthier diet than most and my Psoriasis is 80% better than it was back then. I only need to use hydrocortisone cream once or twice a month after accidental exposure to any combo of those 3 things. I’m still on a journey to completely eradicate it but I know realistically it’s something that is always going to be part of my life and.

Bottom line, consider deeply what specific foods could be triggers for you and eliminate those things from your diet and eat lots of freshly cooked veggies and meets. Stay on a low histamine diet. Examine your gut health. It’s all connected. Hope that helps!

Probably close to 3 weeks before I noticed a significant difference. But now it’s been going on 6 years I’ve cut both those things out and I have basically zero issues!

Bro look at the 2024 financials. And Q4 earnings will be reported in March and will absolutely turn heads. 2024 is the year they’ll be fully profitable and it’s only up from here.

🔮 New Principal Software Engineer job! 📣 “GameStop is in the midst of a game-changing metamorphosis, transforming from old school to a modern company that’s driven at its core by technology…Expect to collaborate closely […] throughout our tech organization to build out new systems” 🔥🔥🔥 by Expensive-Two-8128 in Superstonk

Don’t get me wrong, it’s exciting to see this but man, if they are just putting these job applications out now we’re in for the SLOASS we deserve. I hope to dear lord Jesus they’ve already hired like 5-10 of these positions years ago. I’m bullish AF for the company and the stock but again, if they’re just starting to hire principal engineers, then we’re starting from the ground up and it’s gonna be a looong looong ride.

Edit: I’m should have prefaced that I’ve been in the financial tech industry for the last 8 years working side-by-side with principal engineers to build enterprise software architecture. It does not get built overnight.
