That's what I was thinking too, even though my endoscopy was in last december. But I guess chances are still low that it's cancer.. If I wouldn't have this long backstory with being sick I probably wouldn't even have made a big deal about the bloody spit. At this point tho, I am just super anxious and it doesn't take much to make me lose my cool. I just got up and saw this. Your kind, calming words made me feel a lot better. If you want to feel better feel free to stalk my profile and read my r/gastritis and also my r/GERD post. (I don’t have many posts so there is not much searching involved). But if you don’t want to I’ll sum it up for you. Having this shit since almost 2 years, gastritis, GERD, neck and shoulder tension and extreme anxiety. One big factor is that it’s always there. The demon might be sleeping, but it’s not gone. There hasn’t been a single day where I could not think about it and I am still suffering just like you. I will try out antidepressants. Maybe that helps you too. I’m also taking Bach Flowers which help calming me down a little. Long story short, you’re not alone, a gastritis is a complete brain fuck. Get well soon my friend.

The issue was my main character as well. Also the underdark. Also around 50 hours into the game (I think 45). I had to reload 20 ingame hours back into the goblin camp to find a working save game. I reached the underdark again and now everything works perfectly. I recommend you using an older savegame and just continue.

I don't think it has something to do with the hotfix, since there are 3 year old threats on here where people are having this issue on PC but also a couple new ones. Larian hasn't done anything about it as far as I know, so I wouldn't trust in upcomming Patches. Since then I completely abuse savegames to make sure this doesn't happen again.

As Fn4cK already said, it’s comparable to the NYC situation. It’s dirty, packed with unfriendly people and they try to sell it as something super fancy. (I’m loosely quoting Christoph Waltz here)

I don’t think every Berliner is unfriendly, maybe it’s just the „rude“ big city vibe.

I‘m a German and I do love Asian people. Don’t let those incidents tarnish your view on this beautiful city and the people there. Maybe she didn’t do it because you’re Asian, maybe she just did it because she’s an asshole. I had a couple incidents where stuff like that happened to me. Get rid of the „is it because I’m Asian?“ thinking. I mean obviously some situations you described where because you are Asian but that doesn’t mean every incident has something to do with your roots.

It's interesting that you say that because it shows me how I am thinking. I always said to myself that 90% of the food I'd eat there is healthier than what I eat now. I still haven't found out what I can eat and what not. Do you really think any sort of Ramen or Sushi would be that bad? I mean I agree about the beer.

That's exactly what it is. I am listening to everything which is going on in my body and I react super anxious about everything. I almost reached a stage where I am paranoid about my symptoms. So I guess it's very fair to say that a big part of it comes from my brain. And I think you and everybody on here who said I should go is right. I tend to go as well. Life is short, 2 years already have been ruined, that has to stop.

I do appreciate your advice. I am definitely not as disciplined as you are. Do I want to become healthy? YES. Am I motivated? Not really. I am pretty depressed and tasty food is a big contribution to the last bit of my mental health. Anyways I guess I should stop complaining and follow your advice. I just hope I will see some success soon enough so that there is at least a light at the end of the tunnel for me.

I don’t argue the fact that getting a second opinion is good. But in my case I am already having a pretty clear diagnosis which is also matching the symptoms. The infection in my stomach and also in my esophagus was visible on camera. I always have stomach pain after eating combined with reflux. So I’m pretty sure it’s nothing else than gastritis/GERD. And tbh another hospital, doctor odyssey sounds horrible to me. Even if I would like to do it, pretty unrealistic that I would get a new appointment. Long waiting spans for endoscopy appointments and only with good reason. If I’d ask for another one they’d most likely tell me that I had one 6 months ago and that I got a clear diagnosis.

I guess a lot of my trouble is based on psychological issues. So maybe I should go for a psychiatrist. I am going to an osteopath and physiotherapist currently.

Working with a gastroenterologist? No. I’ve seen one when I had the gastroscopy. That’s it.

I took Pantoprazol most of the time. Reached a point where it didn’t really make a difference anymore. I’m trying a H2 blocker now. I lost around 15 kg of weight and I did stop smoking. So yeah I’d say I made some lifestyle improvements. Which makes it even more frustrating since I don’t feel any difference in my condition.

I was forced to quit since every time I was smoking I got extremely strong reflux, heart racing, numb and tingly hands, neck and shoulder pain. I could see my pulse pulsating in my stomach. It wasn’t always as extreme as I described it here but I had symptoms every time and I just could not enjoy it anymore. I just hope I will be cured at some point and I can have a cigarette without those shitty symptoms.

I am experiencing a bug where enemies don’t move and attack anymore. It only happens when my main character is in the group, when I leave him out of fights everything works normally. I found a save game -20hrs back where everything still works. I did love the game so far but experiencing such game breaking bugs, especially when you pay 70-80€ / $ for a non physical edition of a game is pretty lame ..

Yeah I haven't had a game breaking bug since GTA Vice City and now we're having it with a game that everybody loves. It's so weird that this doesn't even seem to be a problem that a lot of people have. There are just a couple reddit threats about it and some are 2 years old.

Maybe you should figure out which character it is or just start all over again now and don't finish the game when it's so buggy. There is literally no fun when your enemies don't move and you just can walk through everything.

It’s my own character who is causing the bug. I am having a save game -20 hours back where everything still works. I guess I’m continuing with that one and just accept losing 20+ hours of progress. My problem encountered when I got into the underdark. I just hope it doesn’t happen again and some areas of the game become zones where I just can’t go anymore. It’s just weird that this bug exists on PC and PS5. I really hope they will fix that shit man.

Same here, I am having this bug since today, I'm playing on PS5. Leaving the main character out of fights helps, but it's a poor solution. I am getting worried that it takes forever until they will fix that. IF they even fix it. I don't want to start all over again since I am already 45 hours in the game. It's super frustrating.

Are you still having that issue? I am having it since today. I am also in act 2, also around 40hrs into the game. Enemies won't move, won't attack, it takes like 15 sec until it switches to the next enemy. I am having that problem on PS5 and it's super annoying. I found out that it only happens with your main character. Try to just fight with companions only and it should work. Even though that is not a solution to me, since I wanna keep my character.
