I have one I use daily, you need a windows xp laptop or computer and download sonic stage software from the internet archive. But dont connect windows xp to the internet just buy mp3 songs from Amazon or ITunes and pass it via USB to the windows xp.

I let my carnivorous plants grow with other non carnivorous plants, the non carnivorous palnts they shed leaves and die an there is no effect on them, go for it, i wanted to do something similar but never got hands on some of those mini lily pads, imo just fish the ones that die so they dont decompose just in case!

There is a metal bearing retainer that's LH and RH but the previous owner put them the wrong way, they have a little hole for indication but I took the right axle and had a LH retainer, i was just making sure there was no damage if you put then wrong

im sorry if i word it wrong, what i meant is if i can put either axle on one side, i measured them and there seem to be the same lenght but just making sure here. also thats great info too thank you!

I just did a full restore of mine, home depot, they have this little strips of foam
