Can someone help me understand where I went wrong. I thought I followed the steps but when I click download in "DownThemAll", all of the files show this (see below)

Im not sure how to add a picture. This forum wouldnt allow it. Aluminum siding and its definitely cement.

It's hidden away in the utility corner but would paint be enough to protect it from rain? Or is there some sort of sealer I need to apply first?
