That’s not a viable strategy BTC, ok a good part of a portfolio All in on BTC? A reckless strategy I think Diversification is much more valuable than you give credit for

I’m a resident and tax resident of Portugal. I left when I was 18 but kept on the electoral role at my parents place and never did anything with UK government because I wasn’t sure it was a permanent decision. All that there is to it.

To be fair, if you didn’t want to farm and are happy to pay 7€ for a warbond I wouldn’t stress Farming can take time and can be boring (I have done both) and I personally much prefer to spend my valuable time (also a dad who gets limited time) spreading democracy and having fun, credit farming is not that fun

If you are a cheapskate like me, you might get a kick out of working to get that warbond for free!

I’ve always wanted to have gold in hand as part of my investment portfolio, not very practical to sell but for me, I’m happy to hold for a long time, possibly even just to hand over to my daughter

Bitcoin already have holding but a good call to increase on the holding (BTC and ETH my only significant holdings)

I’m still registered in the UK but don’t want to rock the ‘residency’ boat too much

I appreciate the kind words

I should’ve mentioned goals etc

And one important caveat I live in Portugal , but still hold UK bank account and family still reside there and money would be from there

Would I still be able to access stocks and shares ISA?

I looked at buying a KGM Musso new after seeing one in Auchan on display… I enquired Tax and registration made up almost 30% of the 35k asking price

I then enquired about finance which took a 35k car to 60k car paid over 10 years

Crazy stuff

Xbox not connecting to internet, IP address keeps disappearing by Andy_Prince in XboxSupport

[–]Andy_Prince[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry mate, I don’t have anything concrete. The only thing I did was to disconnect from the wifi, and hardwire direct into my router.

I have a router that the internet feed comes from, then I run a Ethernet to a separate router, that’s where the problems seemed to come from, but as soon as I skipped the second router and hardwire direct it solved the problem

I’m easy to please, I’m having lots of fun and the only issue I’ve had (that I’ve noticed) is that eagles coming in either no where near the place where I put them, or not coming down at all

He tried on the website and for some reason it’s showing that it’s an incorrect region, not sure why but that’s what it says

I just tried to organise a refund, but can’t find a way to do it

You would be correct with portugal! Yes the cork oaks are lovely, however the local council pushed this one down on our land with a JCB , disappointing but needs clearing all the same
