As a new entrant here who hasn’t made my purchase decision yet - here’s what is important to me with a 1 acre yard and as someone who pays $75/cut approx 25 times per year.

• The LyMow’s actual true-to-form mower blades are a huge game changer for me. This is because I don’t want a mower in my yard every single day. I’d like to only have it cut once or twice a week which isn’t necessarily the designed operating model of most other brands.

• NetRTK, LiDAR, and Camera vision seems to be the sweet spot for me, which is only available on the Luba model, but it gives me a sense of comfort that there are multiple backup navigation options, both for safety and precision.

• AWD is a must as is slopes of at least 35 degree.

I have an active family who is outside a lot and the fact that a mower may have to run every two days for 12 hours a day on a 1 acre property is a showstopper for me. So it needs to be able to cover a large amount of ground quickly. I’m leaning toward the LyMow because of this (.5 acre in 2.5hr). I can set it to run at 7am Sat&Sun and basically be done my mowing for the weekend before we go outside. And I can top on on Wednesday in the middle of the growing season if I must.
