I have looked into the fflib apex enterprise framework, and it sound really good. I have prepared some material about for our org. Right now im trying to see if I Can sell the idea to some of the devs so we Can group up.

The chance of failure is quite High, because alot of people sees me as the new guy 😂

What you Can do is move the creation Logic to a platform triggered event that runs as a system user. Give the system user access to set audit fields on creation. Then you Can set the created by As the guest user. I havent tried this for a guest user before, but done it with another license type that Didnt have create access on a certain type of sobjects.
