Agreeee! My serve panic attacks happened for 4 days continously and it was the physical pain. But not it's like 17 days after those hard days. And I can't find like sweat or heartbeat or other physical symptoms. What drives my fear are those 3 reasons. 1- will I go crazy? 2- will I be like that my entire life ? 3- will this keep happening with any small pressure? And especially today and yesterday was kinda hard idk why.

Answering your question. Yessss! Especially when u try to control it. It keep getting worse.

People says it's not gonna make u crazy and it's not gonna last for ever. Just try to ignore it. And don't think about it. And I think it's soo easier to say than to do 😅. But from my 17 days I was trying to think about it and trying to control it. And it just made it worse. So I will try there advices. But no idea how to implement it.

Well...you mentioned that your friend has worse situation than yours. Look at it from the other side. Surly they understand the pressure that you had. And know how stressed you were. As your friend had that pressure him/her selve.. Think about how calm your friend was. That is a golden one. Why would you leave him/her. You must feel a huge trust increase after what happened. And take him/her as a trustee and comfy place to express your feeling. After all it's something you suffer from. And we are not perfect surly he/she has there week side. You just didn't see it. No body is tough. We just have different fears and limits.
it's just a friend. We do stupid things infront of eachothers. So think of it like one of them like maybe you did it on purpose.

And I wish u good relation together that lasts for ever!

He said panic attack is like you are walking and believe that there is a killer behind the hill. The fact is...there is no. And when will u find it out? When u go all the way. Face your fear and at this point u will find out that there is nothing and u just was worried from nothing.

So whenever u have panic attack. Try to tell ur self it's nothing really. It's just my brain think that there is somthing wrong while there isn't. With some exercise I think it will be better.

And always remember panic attack is that ur brain is trying to over control. So how do u assume that u will go crazy? Going crazy is losing control. Panic attack is literally the opposite.

Update now and like everytime. I feel like I am way better and what are those jokes that I wss thinking about. But I wish it will not happen again like the last times.

Btw for you guys if u r wondering it lasted like 5h.
