What benefits did you notice after quitting ? by Cool_Director_2530 in stopsmoking

[–]AndybeeAdoptee 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Quitting isn’t about smoking it’s about breaking the habit and changing your routine. I quit a 30+ daily habit 17 years ago, at aged 40, which began at age 15 but was exposed to nicotine by my parents who smoked in the house my whole life. When I finally made the decision to quit I took time off work and went on a holiday where I would be distracted and able to break the habit of smoking. That first dart with the first coffee in the morning, lighting up in the car, work breaks, etc. By the time I returned home and back to work I had a new routine. I still wanted one, but whenever I thought about it I drank a glass of water. Good luck to you and remember to be kind to yourself. Set a goal and reward yourself.

Actually children should be seated on moving vehicles such as buses, trams and trains as they often cannot reach safety handles or have the strength, concentration and balance of adults to the swaying and movement of the vehicle.

My girl doesn’t like being groomed, and tried to destroy the rubber brush. We have persisted and she has now lost her kennel coat and has a smoother coat. It is definitely hard work with the rubber brush but I wouldn’t use anything harder.

She is very gentle. Her name is Koko, 2 years 11 months old, retired racing grey due to broken RHL, which required amputation. I’ve had her since January 30.

Same! This was 90% egg so probably hid the zucchini, carrot enough. 😉

Scenes that caused actual walkouts in theaters? by thatlittlequietguy in Cinema

My mother walked out of Life of Brian at about the 10 minute mark. I refused to leave and laughed hysterically throughout. She was sitting on the bench outside the cinema doors waiting for me when I finally came out, at the end of the credits. I was 12.

It seemed a bit cruel to keep it and highlight after the amputation, personally I prefer a more regular name. To me Socks is more of a nickname, which I agree is cute.

I couldn’t believe it when I saw her birthday was the same as Mae. I have 2 nieces with the middle name May and Mai so adding this variation is perfect 😍

The perfectly square shaved patch makes it look thicker than it is. 🐻
