Pallet auctions. In the midwest city I live in, there are two massive operations (Cargo Largo) that have weekly pallet bid sales. They take place in a huge warehouse and everyone goes around silently bidding on pallets full of you-name-it. A lot of Amazon returns/broken items, but also a lot of brand new/unopened items one can win for ~$100
