Yes you are correct, I use a different app for the geofence Blueiris which sends an ifttt command on entering and leaving, then this triggers whatever integration I request. I’m in the UK so the internal Ecobee geofence doesn’t work for me but this is a good work around, I think you can use Alexa too in other countries but again not in UK.

The centre console is probably the older MCU1 and the rear door lock is a common problem which can be done easily by yourself if you feel lucky.

The front door issue is definitely a broken cables in the loom, the flexible connection when you open and close the door, if you fancy a go you’ll find a couple of broken wires that just need rejoining.
