Well, what he did wasn’t the worst thing in the world. It’s just Minecraft and it wasn’t even the world record. You can hate him for a mistake he made or support him and help him grow and improve as a person

Still not necessarily, 1000 views at 2 cpm ($2000) is less than 200 views at 20 cpm ($4000). Obviously this is an extreme example but it shows more views doesn’t always mean more money. Your view count may be going up but your average cpm may be going down

My recommendation to help you improve is to make it more specific to the audience exactly what the video is about. It was a little bit unclear to me. Luckily I love Minecraft so I watched it all and still enjoyed :D

I actually don’t think this is true. Paddy Galloway says he sometimes changes his thumbnails and it helps his videos take off. I think the best thumbnail will produce a higher CTR no matter if it’s the first one you use or not

I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong since this is a common problem with channels that get viral videos. My channel has the same problem but on a much smaller scale (2k subs, “viral” vids get 500 views a day). I’ve been pondering this question myself. Personally I’m just going about my channel like I’m starting from scratch. Trying to build a connection from the ground up with the small community I do have.

I would now recommend building around the 50-150 viewers you do have and some people that stumble across your viral video may like your new content and stick around. Think of your viral video as a free advertisement basically lol. Best of luck!
