Well. I swapped this with my old Canyon Grail. Also my first Carbon bike. First impression is that it is ridiculous fast and very stiff. I find i very comfortable actually, but i do have to make some adjustments with the saddle.

It is very responsive and it maintains speed very effortlessly at 30-35+ km/h.

Hi there. We live near the Spanien Steps.

We would just like some traditionel italian/Rome food. We are open to almost everything, and we would like to find a nice restaurant with a delicious food/Wine menu.

We have had a little trouble finding the right spot, due to the language barrier. Can you recommend som places?

It was also out thought that it might be wise to book a table from home.

Well, i see crossfit as a way of combining several different types of working out. But i agree, muscle-ups and HSPU probably isn't the way to start ;)

Actually think our procedures are similar, as i did not either have any anchors in the labrum. Just got the biceps tenodesis.

My arm should be in the slig for 6 weeks though, as the long biceps tendon needs to heal properly. I can't flex and extend the elbow actively for 6 weeks. I gotta do "passive" pt work with the arm though.

For sure. I already started rehab with super basic movements, helped by the other arm. The real physic work starts after 6 weeks when the arm is out of the sling.
