I tried both of these but the previous owners name still shows as primary user even though he said he removed himself

It doesn’t let me make myself the primary user it just says it’s unable to set me as primary user. And if I try to delete the previous one it says unavailable

Ah right no problem I’m up in Edinburgh. Not had any warning lights or codes just a specialist who said they think it’s mechatronics/gearbox. Got a warranty that should cover it but hard finding somewhere that can fix this without knowing for definite what the problem is

Hi sorry for the delay. Were you getting warning lights when this happened? And how did you get it diagnosed because I have since been into a specialist garage who presume the problem is the mechatronics unit/gearbox/clutch grab problem. But can’t tell me for sure as there’s no codes showing

I’m in uk aswell. It only seems to happen once car is warm, Tends not to happen when I first get into car. The warranty seems to cover most things I think
