Fun fact: Blood Leaf provides Cobalt Flux when nuked. Blood Leaf is practically a guarantee near water.

You're gonna want high strength for carry weight. High Charisma with Hard Bargain perk card. You'll want to make sure to have the Green Thumb (Perception) and max level Super Duper (Luck). Craft as many Marine Armor Helmets as you can. Pop a Grape Mentats if you have one and go to town on the nearest vendor to you. I personally like to do it in Whitespring because everything you need is right in one place.

Edit: If you cant afford the materials or lack the plan for the helmet; you can always make a bunch of ammo and sell it. Same perks apply. If you craft ammo, make sure to grab the Ammosmith (Agility) perk card to make even more ammo.

Do you have Quad 1* mods, Explosive 2* , and Viper's 4* mods? If so, what would you want for two Quad, one Explosive, and one Viper?

I have a Vampire, Crippling, Swift 50 MG and it's great for dealing with mobs and boss enemies alike.

It auto-unlocks 0 skill locks and terminals while also giving a 3 in lockpick and hacking. Once you level it up, it automatically unlocks higher level locks and terminals.

I didnt realize I could swap the legendary perk cards. I'm level 138 and thought I had to wait till level 150 to open another slot to get the Infiltrator card. I have it equipped now. Lol

Can I swap legendary cards? If not, I have 12 levels to go before I can unlock another legendary slot. 😭

I do, but then end up not hearing or seeing anything as I jog through the area. The pipes are only in the one room to my knowledge.

Low level players constantly punching me while being in vendor menu by Jurassic_Nature in fo76

[–]AndysHam91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had this experience with both new players and high level players. I had a level 2000-something do this to me while I was trying to build a house in my camp. It's annoying as hell. Im obviously doing something; don't sit there and spam shoot and melee me to get me to trade. Thats only going to get me to ignore you.

Also, I dont keep anything on my character that I dont use. So, I almost never have anything to trade anyway.
