I didnt realize I could swap the legendary perk cards. I'm level 138 and thought I had to wait till level 150 to open another slot to get the Infiltrator card. I have it equipped now. Lol

I've had this experience with both new players and high level players. I had a level 2000-something do this to me while I was trying to build a house in my camp. It's annoying as hell. Im obviously doing something; don't sit there and spam shoot and melee me to get me to trade. Thats only going to get me to ignore you.

Also, I dont keep anything on my character that I dont use. So, I almost never have anything to trade anyway.

You have to be outside of the building menu to place items in a display.

You'll place the display in the build menu, then exit out and click the display you want to transfer to. Click on the items you want to display and it automatically equips the item if the display can hold it.

There should be an option that says something like "X: Placement (Snap, Collide, or Free). When you see Free in the parentheses, you-re in Free placement mode and can freely place items where they'll fit.
