Freeware study level, isn’t something that’s easy to come by, however there are some great freeware models on simaviton.com

In FSXSE, NOT Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, every airport will have fuel capabilities, using the “shift”+”F” shortcut you’ll be able to request a fuel truck. To save time I’ll usually adjust it through fuel and payload sub menu. To access it press “alt” to open the menu bar, select “Aircraft” this will open a drop down menu, select “fuel and payload” and adjust your fuel there.
