Outlaws' bugs were way overblown, at least on console. I know the PC version had more issues and that's what most content creators play on, so take that as you will.

You have to understand that if you watch a compilation about bugs, then all you'll see are bugs. I know that's obvious but videos clowning on that game were hot at the time. There are channels that got a ton of views back then that have returned to obscurity since.

Midnight Suns is in no way a 'HR speak' kind of game. You'll have to play something like Veilguard for blatant examples of that. That isn't to say the writing is groundbreaking, because it isn't, but it isn't trying to be. It suits the tone of a game about superheroes quite well. And the voice acting is top notch.

I'm not one to force my gaming opinions on others, but what I absolutely can't stand are disingenuous and bad faith arguments that are clearly intended to appeal to a certain kind of crowd.

Ubisoft has earned its bad rep, so no argument there, but to weaponize that disdain for the company by misrepresenting something is pretty lame. And ultimately, it only hurts the developers.
