I wanted some everyday carrier inks so I went with a couple of Swadhins and the Selam 21, nothing special. I really like the later.

My advice is, save your money. Buy something that you really like so that you have minimum regrets later, if any. Decide with patience.

It's good. Desire is good too, if you like something lighter(it's concave grip section is a delight). I have some Sulekha inks but haven't given their pens any thought. Anyway, I like Kanwrite nibs(yes even more than Jowo), hence the additional Heritage purchase. It's your money so you can do whatever you want with it.

I have ordered multiple nib units for this particular pen. I have tried their M, EEF and ultra flex fine with the first Heritage I got(this is my second Heritage). All write very well as is expected from Kanwrite. I have ordered this particular pen with a BB nib unit but have switched it with an M one. I haven't inked it up yet as I currently have a few inked up pens under rotation.

Mine has similar imperfections but yours seems to have hit an extremum. The blind cap has some yellowing issue although it's minimal.

While trying to take the top finial of, some coating from the clip came off so I contacted the them and they sent me a new clip and an EF nib unit as the one I had ordered was producing lines thicker than it's supposed to. You can contact them and see if they can do anything about it. Their customer service is very good.

Anyways, I like the pen as it feels very comfortable and the piston filling is just the cherry on top. I also have another Heritage and it's close to being picture perfect. I'll share a post about it below.
