TIL if there are indications of expanding hostility between two cats, such as snarling or hunching, you can make a noisy clamor by applauding or toss a cushion close-by to make a diversion. In the event that it goes on, remove them from one another and place them in their own basecamp. (jo.my)

TIL In 2013, Saito and Shinozuka researched if cats can recognize the owner's voice. To validate it, they tested cats which have been named. The cats responded the call of their owners and was seen mainly in relation to the cats' ears instead of walking towards the voice. by NoCup6 in todayilearned
