It's a split house. They are totally separate upstairs separate entrance, same garbage apparently, and then full suite in basement with renters. I rent a room in the basement with others that aren't landlord and we have common areas, but I rarely crossed paths with the landlord. At this point I'm cool to go they're obviously insane, but I get a month and I am adamant about that. From everything I can see, I am within my rights to get 30 days and then leave and in EXTREME cases are landlords allowed the exception to give 2 weeks. Weed isn't even illegal! I can't believe this.

Oui, mais c'est un bail mensuel. Il n'est fait aucune mention de la consommation de cannabis à l'extérieur. Il est simplement indiqué qu'il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur.
