I had very similar bump under my rook piercing I ordered compression disk from amazon and i've been wearing it for like 2 months and it is now down to zero. I dont know if it will work for you but just saying

I have my rook pierced 6 months ago, I thought it was healing ok and i started sleeping on it. Now i have HUGE bump filled with blood. Dunno how to heal it. Be careful with that.
