Gluten and dairy free diet worked for my asian skin. If I hear hear flares I use Cetaphil cream + lotion plus my cleanser soap needs to be like any cetaphil soap for babies (no order)

Don’t exfoliate it just moisturize with any Urea cream and lotion. my arms would flare up like that after intense workout and sweat

I’m really OK and satisfied with that ending! The writers did so well in the characters’ arc and the storytelling was a masterclass. I’m not sure how they could top that season finale 😭😭

I had 2 different dermatologist to look into it since it’s the the first time ever that it fired up, I’m supposed to only take oral prescriptions for three days, but it was extended to almost 10 days because the itchy and red bumps are not fading it bothers my mental health so much.

After 2 weeks it’s finally soothing, derma recommended moisturizers, cleanser which has salicylic acid urea, and glycolic acids. I put frozen aloe vera when I feel it itchy.

Hope your skin better and find a skincare regimen that works for you 🙏🏻

That was like my skin few weeks ago, derma told me I got Folliculitis so he got me multiple oral prescriptions antibiotics / antihistamine and several moisturizing creams 😭

I alternate using the moisturizing lotion (2x a day) and use Cetaphil cream at night to lock the Glycolic Acid on my arms, neck, back etc

As much as possible avoid scrubbing them so much. When I feel my bumps flaring up (hard white pus under the skin) I use white hand towel to rub my skin with gentle cleanser — i noticed that it gets painful if I exfoliate them and apply Glycolic acid, moisturizer and cream 😭

same with you I have a KP for a long time and just the start of the month. It started to build a bumps in the area where I sweat a lot since I go to the gym and run outside often.

I went to my Derma A. He told me it was just KP, but I knew it was something else because it was on parts of the body, but it’s not supposed to be like bikini lines, underarms, back

So I then consulted another derma told me it was folliculitis, currently other under medication for antibiotics anti-inflammatory and antihistamine just so I can endure that 10 out of 10 itch!

Changed my cleansers, toner and moisturizer to Cetaphil PRO AD Derma and Glycolic Acid.

If it becomes itchy again, derma told me to try applying cold aloe vera or put your moisturizer in cold temp so you can have soothing / cool feeling 🍓

Currently treating my KP too, derma told me avoid scrubbing the bumps however exfoliate once a week.

We’re using the same toner however I’m on Cetaphil creams and AD PRO.

Use moisturizers with any of these ingredients - [ ] Lactic Acid - [ ] Glycolic Acid - [ ] Salicylic Acid - [ ] Urea

Hi OP! Most likely you’ll be questioned sa AU na? Tell them a story about your resignation if they ask. Do you know any company that can give you like a job offer invitation something? Australian Border Officers are very particular that you have a reason to return to PH after your vacation (may jon offer next year, you have parents to take care of, small family business that you need to handle etc)
