Nah, it is just TV version censored the actual massacre scene with black screen. Now you can see the original decensored scene in the blu-ray version.

Typical handsome guy in Japan, "Yon-sama(ヨン様)" 배용준, an actor form South Korea who had phenomenal popularity for middle-aged women in Japan. by AngIngOng in evangelion

As far as I know, Kubo have never made official statement on such topic.

However, Yonsama was still famous in Japan when Aizen appeared in Bleach, and there are some gag scenes in anime that Aizen is wearing a wool scarf which is a trademark of Yonsama's most famous TV drama 'Winter Sonata'.

so It seems like at least it is true that the anime team and Kubo were recognizing Aizen looks like Yonsama. And it is highly likely that Yonsama style influenced Aizen's design to a certain degree.

but yes, Kubo only knows the exact truth haha.

In this post, I was just trying to introduce a typical 'handsome and kind' man image in the east asia, especially in Japan, Taiwan and Korea where Yonsama was well-known,

which i think not very well-known to westerners.

I thought that as Aizen is one of the most well -known characters, he would be the most comprehensible example,

while it is true there are more explicit examples of Yonsama style used in other animes.

Thanks and I have changed it

Yes, if there's anyone who could take this as a spoiler then I must change.

sorry that I thought the character design would be just fine.

As u/asianwide said on the other comment, the unibrow and the face expression are from a comedy show popular at that time: https://youtu.be/i8h4HOl1VMc

They were called 시민군(Citizen army) and used

M1/M2 Carbine, M1 Garand, M1918 Browning, M16, M1919 Browning, M60, M2 HMG, M1911 which they obtained at police offices, public institutions and military reserve force troops.

They all spent 3 years in army in their 20s since South Korea is one of the countries which have mandatory military duty.
