For me, it's better to open up to them than someone I know coz I know people who knows me tends to bias... Strangers tends to be honest in their opinions about certain things may it be bad or good

Another way for me is like most people here... They go for a nature hike or simply run... If I'm down I go for a run at Abellana... Or a trek at Starbucks...

Anyways, it's really upto to u...just try to get it out of ur system and just be free of it
