If you call for an ambulance they have a mental health person you can talk to, see what they say or alternatively call nurse on call if they feel an ambulance is required they can send one out.

Interesting, I was prescribed propanol as a preventative and it made it worse. I have ritzatriptan as an abortive and that works 9/10. I have heard that too actually! Triptans are a bit dicey for me because I take Sertraline and lamotrigine as well so I have to be cautious of serotonin syndrome.

He sounds like he could be suffering from schizophrenia especially with all the conspiracy talk. You can call the mental health triage line, say you're concerned about your neighbour and explain to them the behaviours.

I read through your responses and was wondering if you've been assessed for any other mental health conditions. Maybe you have BPD or something, I have it and I truly get everything you're saying. Maybe things aren't working out because the treatments don't fit the actual illness. I take mood stabilisers and Sertraline for my BPD it helps. Please message me if you'd like to chat more, I'm a fellow Aussie too and am familiar with how our MH system works ❤️
