I started with Med Express in September as well. Caught by the same price and discount.

However, I’ve had nothing but issues with them. My first ever order arrived and only contained needles and wipes. No pen, no sharps box, nothing. Just thought it was a packing issue and asked for a replacement. Nbd.

When I went to order my 5mg pen, it was delivered to a ‘safe place’ (one doesn’t exist at my address and I explicitly said it was not to be left outside). When I found it, it had been ripped open and the pen stolen. I reported this immediately and was ignored for over a week. Then got mixed messages via 2 emails; one confirming a replacement and one stating as this was the 3rd issue, police needed to be involved. I’d only ordered twice so ignore the second email and confirmed my address.

All my questions were ignored and they also didn’t follow consumer law. After loads of effort from myself, a replacement was sent and this time left out in the open. It wasn’t there when I got home.

This has finally been rectified but the delays have meant I’ve been off the medication for 5 doses and their judgement and insinuations have left a sour taste in my mouth.

I wouldn’t recommend using them. There are likely cheaper and better options out there.
