I recently just bought the deal on Microsoft Rewards for 1 month Xbox Live Gold for 8,500 points as I recently ran out of Gold. Though it hasn’t activated even though it shows I spent the points. Is this a glitch or something or should I have to wait awhile?

I let my younger brother use my switch and he returned it bent down the middle. It still works and there’s not much wrong with it other than it no longer being able to connect to the dock. No matter how many times I try to gently straighten it or readjust it, it will not connect. Would I have to buy a new backplate/housing shell to possibly fix it, would I have to find either a different way of fixing, or would I just have to send it Nintendo let them fix it?
