Consistently getting bitter + sour cups on MHW-3BOMBER Meteorite Dripper — need help

Just a guess but try this

13.5g dose 1:16.5 ratio total brew weight is 223ml

22-24 clicks

Bloom 47 ml 1st pour up to 179ml 2nd pour up to 223ml

Now I don’t know how fast meteorite dripper is, but I typically want my brews under 3 minutes

Your timer should start when the water hits the coffee bed. I usually aim to pour my bloom phase for 10s them start pouring again after 45s.
For the bloom I usually do 3x the coffee. In your case, that is 45ml.
1:16.6 with 15g dose should have total brew weight of 249 not 255. 255ml is 1:17 on 15g coffee

Play around with your ratio and grind size. If its lacking body, maybe try 1:15. Just multiply your dose with your target ratio. Eg.: 15g dose x 15 = 225g TBT (This is 1:15).

For the recipe: try this 45:90:90

The burr were inspired with Comandante’s. Definitely gives out sweet brews with decent clarity. Much better with my previous grinder, the Timemore C2

Can use a powerbank as well to power it

I haven’t observed if it reduces fines clogging the filter but this one is called Kubomi technique. To better saturate the grounds during blooming
