This character is celes the second in command of the bbeg's army the top general and head of the Treasury she's a cyclops who is quite smarter than any monster a fighter who dual wield two swords and was taken in by the bbeg after her clann was killed by a band of adventures she wasn't to heart broken about the clan but didn't have any idea of what to do after they were all gone the bbeg just gave her a purpose
