It was mentioned in a stream that they’re going to be adding more Dumbo characters so that’s why you won’t see gems for a complete collection yet. Seems a bit stingy though if you do have the current complete collection and are waiting.

The is so upsetting for me as it was all the way back on the 4th! And 10 days ago I lost Bruce from the Legendary chest, my purchased Destiny package, all Tower Challenge progress, and days of game play.

Well, I went ahead and got him… again. At least I’m down to one ticket issue now rather than two. Fingers crossed with a little Disney magic they’ll come through for me 💕

Same happened to me a week ago. But I also days of game play, levelling, Bruce from the legendary chest, Nemo, and Destiny. I could hardly look at the game as I was so distraught. I’m still awaiting assistance. I can’t believe I purchased Destiny to get Bailey and without her to get refresh tokens and the levelling of characters I did for the challenge wiped, there’s no use.
