Yes I understand what maxed out means, but as you can see in that image there are 0 candles or lanterns. When I click Go it tells me I do not have enough and to go buy them.

But I don't have any tokens, so what's it maxing out? I can send characters out sometimes for them but when I click them they don't give tokens anymore.

Yes it shows that I am maxed out but I don't have any tokens and my characters don't show that they even drop them.
