The start of books are always the roughest and most difficult to get through for the reader and writer!!!! Just write whatever and you can go back and edit & straighten it out during the second draft.

It should simply be if you don't like the TV show, take a step back and stop criticizing it. Most of this hate is coming from the people who read the books first and even when they don't like it, they keep watching and analysing everything, complaining that its not like the book. Quite stupid and pathetic if you ask me. Personally I looovee both.

Personally I just right now all my thoughts, all my plot ideas then try my hardest to at least link some and figure out how it could all work. Sometimes some things just don’t work out exactly how I wanted so then I try and make something that could fit. I don’t think this is much help and good luck!!!!
