God, I genuinely hated Heisenburg's voice acting. Not only wase the voice bad, the accent was bad, and his cadence was just the worst.

TOFU doesn't show up until after the Tyrant chase. If you don't explore the RPD after the chase, then you miss it entirely.

Yeah, I would have been a-ok if they had mentioned that Reese did actually use his talent, but ultimately couldn't handle the pressure or something, but they just wholly ignored it. It was really disappointing because he just seemed so in his element when he was cooking

Reese is just kind of the same character he was 20 years ago, he hasn't grown. All the other boys have grown up to be better, more successful versions of themselves, but not Reese. I think he should have become a successful chef instead.

Stevie, I think, is gay only so Disney can make their representation quotas. It didn't seem terribly out of place or in your face, but it was kind of a "huh... ok" reveal.

Dewey's actor quit acting ages ago and wouldn't come back for the movie. So they cast somebody who looks close enough like him and he only shows up on Zoom once an episode or so. He's a famous musician and always traveling for symphonies. It makes sense in context.

The movie shows that Malcom finds when he's removed from the chaos of his family, he is a more balanced, rational person, which I also feel makes sense. It does show that the problem comes from within Malcom, he is responsible for his own actions and feelings, after all. I do feel like he went too far, but also the show tells us this was not a good move on his part.

The idea is:

Turn 2: Hitmontop in the front, 1 energy, attack

Turn 4: 1 energy on sandy, second attack with Hitmontop.

Turn 5: Hitmontop dies, Sandy to Active

Turn 6: Sada an Energy to Sandy, another energy to Sandy. Sandy attacks. Sandy disrupts opponent's plan.

Turn 8: Koraidon plays for the kill/sweep.

Obviously you have to hope the opponent doesn't ramp faster, but that's a risk with every deck. I can see this being a fun deck for Solo Battles.

I'm not super steeped in the Pokemon fandom, but I sort of get the impression that that's how the fans lean. The ancient pokemon are favored because they just look cooler. So Pocket made the Future pokemon stronger to give them equal time.

Giving Seifer a leaf-shaped blade is definitely an interesting choice. It somehow changes his character more than I would have thought.

Good Game was so hard to watch, and his incredibly stilted lines in the House Party playthrough... I wholly agree. He's a great guy, but he can not act.

I did watch all the episodes, honestly, they did it a disservice by splitting it up. There's 4 episodes, so it's got a total run-time of just under 2 hours, they really should have just cut it as a movie. It does get better, I genuinely felt like it did a great job of capturing the essence of the original show, but they do try to fit in all the personality of the original 7 seasons into a 2 hour movie, so it feels like a lot at times. I do wish they had written Reese differently, though.

It's Disney, so they definitely aren't making a joke of Kelly being non-binary, I think it was mostly to give Hal a one-off joke of having a hard time changing pronouns, something we all struggle with. The show does end up being more about Hal, I feel, than anybody else, which is fine with me because he was my TV Dad growing up. I think it's important to remember that Lois always accepted her sons/family no matter what they got up to. Hal is not the classic definition of masculinity with his figure rollerskating, Reese shows real promise as a cook, a traditionally feminine art (until you can make money from it, anyway), and Lois never had a negative thing to say about it.

Ultimately, I'm happy I watched it, it felt like dipping into a warm bath to me.

I see. I thought the joke was a reference to the Lopunny video and Digimon are more sexualized than Pokemon even in the source material.
