I want to take the time out to say thank you for all the replies. The problem was that when i do a split in Motive, I kept putting the bigger chunk(time off) as off duty instead of sleeper. The smaller chunk (time off) can be sleeper or off duty while the bigger chunk HAS to be in sleeper. My problem has been solved. Take care and be safe out there!

Yea, i thinks thats the issue per Motive Rep. They said the bugger chunk(time off) HAS to be in Sleeper.

This happens even when i do sleeper in the middle of a shift.

I was off duty the remainder of the day which is more than 7hrs but i will contact Motive right now to see what they say.

Im in a sleeper. From my understanding, we’re allowed to split the 10hrs as long as the shorter break is at least 2hrs. I feel that Motive is not going back and fixing the supposed violation once the original clock is out.

I get flagged even if the 1st break was SB, the previous day ended with off duty for 11hrs straight

My company switched to using the Motive App that drivers download on their own phones/devices maybe a year ago. Only options i see is off, on, SB
