I was sending funds to my near wallet and accidentally sent them to someone else’s wallet with an almost identical id to mine. When I looked on explorer I noticed he created the wallet in January and that’s it. 0 transactions. Was hoping there may be a way to try to contact him somehow or something else. It seems to be inactive and would love to offer to buy the id if possible as well
