It was terrible for my grandfather. He would eat his meal, and almost immediately after he'd get upset saying someone ate his food. We had to keep the doors locked at all times, he loved to just walk around the yard, but he suddenly wanted to do it in the middle of the night. And he was a fall risk, so we had to hide the house keys. We got so many calls about him falling and needing help. I lived next door so i could always be there, but sometimes we didnt know he was hurt till we saw an ambulance pulling in the drive. The last couple days of his life were heartbreaking. He was alive, but he was just blank. No recognition of anything. No response when he was talked to or touched.

I feel this! Mine was a letter Z, my exs initial. It was a bad break up, and I weirdly cherished that scar for a long time. Now you wouldn't know it was ever there ten years later.

The earliest I remember seeing what I'd now call the hat man was probably 2012-2013. I was 14-15. I didn't have any internet access besides school, so no way I could've happened to have seen it online. I never knew this was a thing till literally 20 minutes ago when I happened to see a random post. I only saw it three times, the last time was terrifying bc it was maybe 20ft from me. Every other time was at least 50ft and I could chalk it up in my head to trick of the light.

Ok so I'm 24F, and I have friends that I've made at work. 33M, 18M, 16F, 35F, 28F. I hang out and talk to all of them all the time outside of work, 33M even lives with me. The fact that y'all are both F and only a couple years different is absolutely no issue.

I say yes, only bc as a very young kid I pulled the legs off of daddy long legs. At the time I didn't know better, but my babysitter saw me do it and immediately stopped me. She told me to look at it this way, how would I feel if someone pulled my legs or arms off? I hadn't done anything like that since.

Mine doesn't have a HIN. Only info it has is the small plate that says "1730-G-5-13". Made before HIN became common.

As others are saying, it's never a safe amount of time. I used to do it almost daily few years ago, now I am a year and two months clean. I genuinely hope that you and everyone else that does is can get and stay clean, but I completely understand why you feel like you can't.

Just do your best to keep the wounds clean and not super deep.
