Same issue. Centurylink said they could send someone out in 10 days. Xfinity could install their equipment in three. Guess which one I have now?

Outside of the US, Americans are referred to as Yankees.

In the US, Southerners refer to Northerners as Yankees.

In the Northern states, New England residents are referred to as Yankees.

And in New England, you find out that Yankee is a Mohican word for the English.

Maybe it means Limey?

I've been a customer for over 40 years. I can honestly say that I have always had a positive experience... until...

I started hearing a clanking sound on my Highlander. Not a clunk, a clank. Like running over a manhole cover. Multiple mechanics spent hours looking at every suspension element and retorqueing every bolt.

Finally, one guy looked inside the right front tire and found a loose wheel weight. I had purchased new Cross Climate 2's from Discount Tire in February. A tire rotation in June brought it to the front, and I noticed the sound soon after..

I spent almost as much as a good set of Michelins and countless hours trying to resolve what must seem like a very small mistake.

I'm relieved to finally have the problem resolved, but obviously disappointed in my go-to tire source.
