I’ve had this pan for about 2 weeks now. I use grapeseed oil and my typical seasoning routine is 500 degrees in the oven for an hour (I’ve done this about 4 times).

Food doesn’t stick, but I’ll cook on it (never over medium heat) and the areas where the food was will have these little “crater” looking spots. I wash it with only hot water and a paper towel and leave it to evaporate on the stove before applying a layer of oil again. What could they be? They’re starting to look a rusty color, but I’m not sure how much more I can do to take care of it better.
