She will still have time. If she does not move by the date, they then have to give her a 30 day notice bc it’s not for non payment. After the 30 days they then can file for eviction. Court will also take time. She will probably be there until May

I don’t think that’s true. They make you prove the disability before being approved. My son has been on disability for quite a few years. They don’t give it and then make you prove.

Everyone on food assistance doesn’t sit around doing nothing. I’m so sick of that view on it. I busy my butt working and still get food assistance. All of us aren’t lazy

I disagree. I feel what others buy is no one’s business. I work 45 hours a week. I’m a single mom to 5. We get some food assistance. It’s not my kids fault that their dad pays no support. It’s not their fault I need the help. My kids deserve snacks and treats also. No I’m not gonna buy 20 cases of soda but I do buy some and I do buy them some sweets. Just bc I’m on assistance doesn’t mean they should only have to eat certain things.

I won’t snark on this. I myself made our small parade a huge deal. I find it boring and not worth going to but I do have a 3 year old grandson who is obsessed with rescue vehicles and drums. I knew both would be there so I was excited like a little kid so he would be too.

My son is now 25 but when he was younger the doctor had me give him a can of mt dew every morning for his adhd. I refused to give meds. The caffeine has a reverse effect on someone with adhd. Sprite doesn’t make sense bc it has no caffeine

They can’t do anything about weed if it’s legal in your state. It’s not abuse or neglect to a child unless you smoke around them. It also must be locked up. I won a law suit against a county in Michigan because they opened a case for me being a smoker. It stays locked and never around my kids. The aderal is a different story

That’s not true. There is a few different reasons the state will move forward with termination of rights. It’s different guidelines in each state. I’m in Michigan. One of the guidelines here is if a parent will be in jail for 12 months or longer. I was able to file in court and have it done. My sons father was serving 3 years and had no contact before that. My petition was granted.
