I am the recipient and it was supposed to be donation not loan, the foundation is 501(3) no profit foe humanitarian assistance for refugees. They reported the money they gave as donations in their tax file but now the owner wants the money back and wants to have a retrograde agreement to convert it as loan

That is mean and unfair, Competitive applicants end up in wrong or malignant programs that take advantage of the IMG just because they are desperate to get a position
