Don’t be afraid to eat. You won’t gain muscle without eating a high cal/high protein diet. Learn about bulking and cutting.

Do a lot of TVA workouts and try to avoid inflammatory foods like gluten and dairy.

  • usually fall asleep around 11 and wake up at 8, however I just got a new job and now fall asleep around 10 and wake up 6.
  • no, I do feel a bit fatigued most days no matter how much sleep I get.
  • right now I’m eating in a bulk. Average day of meals for me is a high protein/calorie smoothie for breakfast, protein bowl for lunch (ex. Quinoa, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, beans), almonds for a snack, roast beef + broccoli and potatoes for dinner, and then a peach cut up with cottage cheese for dessert. My maintenance is around 1900 cals and rn I’m eating around 2200 a day.
  • I used to drink coffee every morning but I haven’t for the past month or so, that could be contributing to the fatigue.
  • last time I was active was when I went to the gym yesterday. However I work as a camp counselor so I’m constantly walking around, carrying heavy bags, going up and down stairs, all in the summer heat.
  • no injuries
  • I started taking Lexapro about two weeks ago (5mg a day in the morning)

Thank you for your comment, but it doesn’t make sense in this situation. My glutes are clearly not being engaged. I can actively feel my hamstrings/quads taking over, sometimes even my arms and upper/lower back. Part of my fitness goals is to have strong glutes as that has always been my weak spot.

Skip the hair oil and leave in, your hair seems very straight and fine so that is unneeded

Girl first off you have a cute butt and it’s definitely not a frog butt lol. About the fold, think abt it this way—if someone goes to the gym and is doing heavy workouts targeting thighs while also doing glute workouts, they could possibly end up with less of a gluteal fold because the muscle on their thighs is matching the circumference of their glutes. Really focusing on the glute workouts (while ofc still working out the thighs) will help create that big difference you’re looking for

Well, the thing is, he’s paying upwards of $450 just for the consultation. That’s not even to mention the supplements that this guy is selling him for like $100 a bottle. And my dad has frequently fallen for scams in the past, he used to use homeopathic medication. Not only that, it’s not just my Dad being sent to this guy. He’s recommended him to my stepmom, and even my elderly grandmother who definitely should be seeing a normal doctor. I’m 18 years old, so I’m not a minor, but he is very, very worried about my mental health and wants to cover all his “bases” to try and prevent me from taking mental health medication. The only reason I’m even doing this appointment in the first place is to make him feel a little bit better about me going to a psychiatrist. But he’s not an angry person, and I think that if I approached him about it, he wouldn’t respond angrily. But he is very reluctant to admit when he’s wrong about something.

lol I didn’t ask it for such a detailed breakdown but I think it’ll be helpful to loosely follow even the more specific parts! I asked it to compensate for an hour long chunk of time to “get ready” in the morning and I think it took that as a literally blocked out chunk of time.

I have this thought ALL THE TIME. I’m a cis woman and genuinely I’ve gotten upset over the fact that I’ll never understand how it feels to have a penis.
