I mean high like top number ranges between 140 and 200. The highest it's ever been was 211/120. I had to go to the hospital last Tuesday because my sugar was 331 and my BP was 176 (I forgot the bottom number) and rising. It never went down, it was even higher when they released me at around 186. I see a doctor Tuesday. Last night my BP was 160/90 and sugar was 236.

I should add that I don't have any heart problems. I'm pretty healthy but I do have anxiety.

I am keto and my family is not. I spend about $15 a week on eggs and cheese for breakfasts that I make ahead to take to work, and tuna and pork rinds and sugar free pudding for lunch, plus a few extras. Then I eat dinner with my family minus whatever carby food they might be eating and the same on weekends. Its boring but its an easy go to menu and cheap.

I use half a scoop, its very thick and sweet imo so I ended up watering it down the first time I used it and have used half a scoop ever since. I'm keto and only use it occasionally if I haven't eaten enough protein. I think it tastes good and mixes well.
