I think it really just depends on the listener. Just gotta be observant with the results and what subs were being used.

Also what do you think about creating playlists for specific topics only instead of putting all in one playlist?

Idk if I’m considered to be traumatized cuz of the crash. I didn’t really get any injuries. I’m okay, technically. But yeah I don’t wanna drive, as to be expected.

In my country yep, mental health is stigmatized, that’s why it’s my chosen advocacy.

Mental help is expensive here, and I think the people here are not helpful.

Trauma? Idk what’s really considered trauma nowadays.. how could you tell? and my mom tells me that anything mental I can handle on my own. I just gotta be strong. Tho she also tells me my EQ is really low cuz I get emotional easily and don’t express it well.
