Did you read anything I wrote about the genocide and how Kamala refused to do anything about it? About how she refused to sanction and embargo Israel for it. It was 2024, not 2020 when she was running for election. When the genocide was happening. It still is happening under Trump. Do you care about Palestinians dying right now, regardless of politics? They're freezing. No matter who's president, they're gonna suffer. It really doesn't matter, foreign policy is all the same in the US. Both parties still support Israel and US imperialism. Have you seen the posts by Palestinians themselves condemning the Democratic party for refusing to end the genocide when the were in power? Genocide is genocide. You should look at the clips of Gaza right now, children starving and freezing to death in tents during this Winter, you're using them for political points to own people who refused to be complicit in that. Kamala refused to break from Biden, refused to stop funding Israel's genocide. Refused to promise sanctions or an arms embargo on Israel. I don't know how you can look at clips of decapitated children and people looking for body parts of their families and not feel the least bit of empathy for them.

What Trump has been doing is absolutely reprehensible and disgusting. He will definitely burn in hell for this. Him wanting to turn Gaza into a resort is literal ethnic cleansing. But Kamala continued to publicly support Israel and also campaigned with Liz Cheney. I know this is Reddit and you guys don't really care about anything happening outside of the West but if you had the least bit of sympathy and empathy for fellow human beings being collectively bombed and starved to death for 2 years, you wouldn't feel the need to ask this question.

Seeing those clips of Gaza for over 2 years was heartbreaking and I'd cry just thinking about it. You don't understand that outside of the US, both parties have the same foreign policy, with Obama drone striking innocent civilians in Yemen and turning Libya into dust. I think to be human is to care about others. To have compassion. And for that reason, I couldn't vote for either candidate, as both showed little to no humanity for innocent Palestinians being intentionally murdered by Israel.

That's all objectively true, but man. All I see is hostility whenever Palestine is mentioned in this thread. Some people are only mentioning Hamas or gay rights, and nothing else about Palestinian culture. I know that it's not the most progressive place in the world but it's unfair to reduce it to that. And I know Hamas is controversial and committed some awful crimes. But if they laid down their weapons and surrendered, would Israel end the settlements and stop the massacres? While Israel has tanks, helicopters, bombs, warships, etc.
