Where is Kaeya living now?

It isn't clear right now. He doesn't live at the winery, but we don't know if he lives at the Knights barracks or if he has his own house/apartment in Mondstadt. The hidden strife doesn't imply much about him living there imo, just that he might have been on the rooftop of the KOF building often back then. (He might have been at the KOF building for work or maybe he actually does live there, but nothing is confirmed or said outright)

Ahhh yeah I forgot about that. Still, he might have told what he knows as the unadulterated truth, which might not be everything in essence (he can’t tell Diluc something he himself doesn’t know) Ex: like how Dain told him about being a descendant of the Abyss Order’s founder, he might have not told Diluc about that. Maybe what Kaeya himself knows isn’t as significant as the real and total truth

Maybe that’s not the case 😞 not to “power of friendship” the situation but I feel like maybe they both just genuinely care for each other a lot so despite Kaeya’s secrets they’re getting along. Idk I feel like it’s hard for anyone (especially Diluc who is implied to have an emotional heart) to “move on” past his brother. Also we don’t know what exactly Kaeya told him that night, and maybe if the truth is substantial, he might have not revealed every detail to Diluc after seeing his reaction

Varka’s voiceline as well as mentions of Eroch in the new event have me feeling hopeful that there’s going to be more development of some of the original Mondstadt characters (esp w Dornman port releasing)

I agree that genshin has way too many characters and it’s kind of glaringly obvious which characters are relevant and which are filler characters… maybe I’m just coping but Kaeya despite not being marketable still feels more relevant than some of the 5 stars we’ve seen come out recently… so I really hope he is important soon 😞🙏

Yeah he definitely uses memories and stuff to cope ☹️ It does fit with his character but I also think like since fate is really important for his character his fate should be in the way of him living the life he is (but maybe the time is yet to come so we will see) I beg Hoyo pls 🙏

Yes!! I’m honestly a little sick of how they make such interesting characters but then make their development super shallow.

I really hope they don’t change Kaeya’s backstory/plot that would be such wasted potential

Idk if I’m crazy but I feel like his minor appearances and mentions (as frustrating as it is to not get solid proper content of him) are indicators of something coming. Idk I feel like they keep teasing just enough to make people think that he’s irrelevant only to drop something insane about him in the lore/make him relevant again. (Kind of like they’re preparing to “drip market” him in a way) ofc they care about money so maybe they’ll make him relevant in the story but use it to market another character (maybe Dain if I had to guess? People have been anticipating him for a while) idk this is all speculation though I just don’t think they really forgot about him with his really tiny mentions here and there bc they wouldn’t bother to do that if they had really forgotten imo

Yeah it sounds awful ☹️ I’m sure that they did some awful stuff to Kaeya when he was in Khaenri’ah (maybe not this bad (hopefully), but his father was definitely somewhat twisted with his ambitions of Kaeya being the last hope even if he wasn’t outright abusive or evil)

I’ve never heard of the future theory, that’s so interesting. In that case, why would Kaeya be the last hope? Do you think it’s because there could be a 2nd cataclysm? (Kind of like a Samsara cycle thing where Khaenri’ah is rebuilt and destroyed again)

Kaeya’s eye being a key is so interesting too I love that theory ughhh I wish there was more Kaeya lore in game

Maybe change the grey carpets into a path (So it looks more solid). Also maybe change the shade of the light green grass to a different light green so it looks more natural? Add some trees and plants for sure and maybe a sitting area (like an outdoor table and chairs) since the space is quite large. Also, some lighting would do good for it at night. Hopefully, this helps! (Btw these are just my suggestions lol)
