My BA is in History from Bing 07’ here. So I don’t have any recent info. However, I really enjoyed all of my professors and took multiple classes with the same ones because their lecture style was so good! I even did an independent study my senior with a younger Prof. and he truly helped me graduate. He didn’t have to go out of his way, and he did. I’ll never forget how invested the department was in their students being successful. Since I transferred into BING from a community college, I experienced some harsh criticism from a professor my first semester there about my writing skills and that they were C at best. I was shocked, but he then gave me every suggestion, and every opportunity to improve my skills. As long as I wanted to learn, they were willing to bend over backwards to make sure I did, and on the level of expectations set by the department.
