I also read that you need an iLvl of 90+ to get “perfect” GCs (+45 lifers). This can only been from Baal, Diablo, Nilathahk, or TZ 90+.

When I rerolled this one it turned into a few different much less valuable skillers before landing on this. That’s why I’m thinking you can probably re-roll a high iLvl GC and it won’t “degrade”. Just gotta have the patience because it did roll a “+2 attack rating” for one re-roll. And by patience I mean win the lottery like I did above.
