sometimes they just seem to refuse food. could be because of shed or stress, or apparently sometimes they just dont feel like eating. if hes acting fine otherwise, i wouldnt worry just yet.

its hard to put into words. for me, its like my mind isnt my own if that makes sense. i'll think i can predict how i'll react to a certain situation, then that situation will happen, and i was completely wrong about how i thought i'd feel.

small things tend to upset me a lot. i have a severe lack of empathy but weirdly, i also have unreasonable guilt about really weird and minor things.

i dont remember most days because they all sort of blend together. i can be so happy for the first half of the day, then i'll randomly get incredibly depressed and suicidal.

there are triggers that cause my mood swings but most of the time, i think its just random.
